Hi I would think you can still get roof linings , you may have to order them . What's wrong with the ones you have ? There used to be a place in Dandenong that recovered them . What about trying somewhere local . Jim
Hey all
i found a thread re roof lining but there was a couple of questions i was wondering if anyone might know as they weren't answered in the last thread.
Can you still get the three panels in the roof of a 110 tdi?
Can you still get the vinyl ?
Thanks......

Years ago when I costed replacement, it was several thousand dollars.
The original lining must be heated/stretched/moulded to the roof panel so you can't replace easily replace with similar material.
Most motor trimmers will be able to replace with an off-the-shelf head lining material. If you can remove the three panels and do some prep work it keeps the cost down.

The ones i have look like the inside of a safari tent, sagging all over the place! Yep, I've spoken to a few local trimmers, just wanted to see if anyone had had experience with replacing to original ones .
Its getting a roof top conversion from mulgo so if i don't get it done before i won't get it done.....
Cheers
