I would suggest doing the replacement of the turbo hoses yourself, or if you don't know how to do so, then taking it to another dealer or preferably an independant land rover specialist.
If you do decide to still have your vehicle worked on in their workshop, make sure that when they have finished that they haven't bent the power steering hydraulic lines......
This is something that they are getting a reputation for when doing turbo hose replacements....
They have an "in house" Defender specialist.....make sure that he doesn't work on your vehicle....
The best of the service advisers to see there is a young bloke by the name of Jamie Shuttleworth, he doesn't know much about land rovers having only come across to them recently from Jeeps, but at least he tries his best and doesn't bull**** and gives a straight answer, which is more than I can say for the other office staff there.
Regards,
Mike.
