That is SENSATIONAL service, & what a wrap for that Dealer.
Too many times these days, some people take things like this for granted, NOT ME. If someone does the right thing by me, I really appreciate it, and I "pass the word", just as I do, if they do the opposite.

, so I call the parts guy at Lennock and ask if they had one in stock...they did, and then the parts guy asked what the tear model the Defender was, MY13, he said that he needs to speak to the mechanic....them minutes later he advised that the work should be done under warranty.
