Good that your person walked out of that - how'd you go matching the door color to your cab color? Did you end up respraying, or just put in some elbow grease?

The donor vehicle was the same year and a property vehicle that had possibly never been washed in its life, so the colour matching was easy.
The front left guard is pretty deformed on its corner, as the ute went over at some stage almost end to end, I didn't try and knock it out as I think it would look worse, yes my operator was lucky given he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, he's a big lump of a bloke so we think he's gut held him in against the steering wheel.. He's a Toyota man, but now reckons these defenders are pretty bloody tough!!

Tidy rig. It came up good considering how many times it went over.
I used to do a bit of work on your gear , the volvo's specifically. Knew I recognised that logo haha.

    Good looking dog too
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Yes was a field service tech for quite a while but have moved on to spend more time with my family as the hours got a bit much after all that time. They are a great bit of gear though.

Great to see another Land Rover on the road ...
Will it will be useful helping with the test track build for the 4WD Spectacular?
