True! My Missus, who once refused to get into 'Biddy', now wants to go everywhere in it. Possibly because she can't drive it (She can really if she wants), so I have to drive home and she can have a couple more vinos. She also admits that it's growing on her. Meanwhile he X5 sits in the driveway.
    Cheers, Billy.

My cousin and her feller were visiting from overseas , So I took them out and about . At one point , I asked how are you guy's going in the back ? She said It's much more comfortable than I thought It would be , plus you can see so much more sitting this high . I love It ! I just kept facing the road , with the smile !!.. Jim..

When your wife calls the local council regarding a development application for building a large shed so you can have a vehicle hoist, the council man advises that the shed can’t be for commercial purposes, and the wife advises that her husband has a Land Rover Defender….the council man responds…”Oh I understand”

You have an off shore slush fund for ''bits'' SHMBO is unaware of.

There is only ONE forum you check daily
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.
