While you have it out, you may as well replace the foam seals on the internal flaps. It has been a while, but I'm sure I used some generic self adhesive foam rubber seal from clark rubber.
For the two small bolts with nuts down the bottom, I replaced them with larger bolts and forced them into the existing holes, cutting a new thread. I figured there was no need for the nuts on the inside as it was a painfull experience removing them.
