Yes, I didn't wrap as far as the cat. From the central muffler flange back to the firewall, then I ran out of tape, 25' * 2"

BTW as an aside the engine blanket from NKGroup, made a huge difference, the hoodliner was good too, but combined

By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Well I think I might have to do this, where did you buy the tape from and how much, if you don't mind?
The area around my glovebox gets a bit warm on long trips, and I reckon it's led to the downfall of my cabin floor lining which looks like rats have been nibbling on it.

Not sure if this is the right place, but these seems like n00b questions.

Has anyone ever seen these colors in person?

Yulong White - Just looks like Fuji White in images I can find. Is it noticeably metallic?

Keswick Green - In some photos it looks like a stylish, subdued retro color choice. It others it's like an unpleasant hospital ward or pea soup hue.

Wing chequerplate - they say it's good if you want to stand on the wing to reach the roof rack, but it looks to me, who is average height, like I'd have to be tippy-toeing on the thin end to lean over and reach the roof rack.

The other thing I just don't get is the full skeleton exterior roll cage fetish! Who ever needs it?

Each to their own of course, but that also means one can beg to differ. Maybe this needs its own thread, not for the feint hearted

    You mean this colour:

We love it. I've seen them in full Keswick and personally I find it a bit much but with the white roof it looks great. But each to their own. Don't want everyone liking the colour or they'd all be the same.

Yes, if someone gave me a roll cage I'd take it, but don't think I'd shell out $4000 - $5000 not including installation, when I'm not competing in extreme challenges and the chances of rolling are high.

In that photo it does look great, like a heritage color.
Agree that the white roof is what makes it. I've also seen some photos of Keswick Green with the Black Pack, and liked it. My uncertainty came from other photos where the green has a more blue, unhealthy look.

    Cheers for the pic.

When we were choosing the colours for ours I found the photos didn't do it justice. We were fortunate the dealer had one in stock that we could look at which made the decision easier.

Yes agree it looks better with white roof, lightens it all up.

Colour choice is an intriguing thing isn't it, I'm not convinced we all see colours in the same way as each other. Perhaps your Keswick is not my Keswick. As long as you love it that's all that counts.

I wouldn't take it. But I'm a classic lines fan.
