Not sure of the logistics of a PTO, but the fuel cooler could be easily moved if you really needed to. It is on the LHS.
The exhaust on the puma is down the Driver's side (RHS of vehicle)
I don't own a Puma however a Puma owner is interested in fitting my PTO Winch to his rig........
Before taking his $$$'s.........thought I would ask the question about options or if it's possible to completely relocate the fuel cooler......??
Interested in your thoughts.....about the fuel cooler. Oh I'm fairly certain the exhaust needs to be re-routed as well.....
He already has an electric winch but has seen the light.
Cheers

OK, so the PTO shaft goes along the LHS of the vehicle. No disagreement there... as I said, I don't know the logistics of the PTO. You might run into issues going forward to the winch... there's a bit going on under there.
This is what confused me. If I remember correctly, the exhaust crosses to the LHS side aft of the t-case.

Some reading suggests the Puma LT230 is back by 70mm so the PTO interferes with the gearbox cross member? It's the interwebs though so who knows but it would be easy to check. DEFENDER2.NET - View topic - PTO for TDCI
Having got mine going and giving it a workout in the High Country they certainly are good.
