There are then numerous places to mount the mic bracket, either in the cubby or the dash. I just ran power from the battery box under the front seat.
I have a gutter mounted adjustable aerial on the driver's side, so I ran the aerial down the snorkel, across the engine bay and underneath to come up in the battery box, using an existing hole, and then with the power lead across under the cubby to the UHF. Cable ties did the job easily.
If found the roof console a great space saver and tidy way to mount radios and have an extra shelf for gloves beanies, spare ammo box and lure container.

I have few acres on the northern side of Bathurst. No fallow but the occasional red is seen from time to time
