Hi guys i changed my R380 oil recently to Penrite progear, semi synthetic 75-90 its fine when the GB is hot but the 1st to second gear change is difficult when cold. I was fitting the oil thermostat housing as well with an in line magnetic filter (magnom), but no cooler at this satge. I cleaned the magnet on the drain plug it had a little bit of fur on it after 10,000 kms. The magnom filter should be ok for 100,000 kms. by the time my gearbox has shed enough metal to fill that filter the gearbox is knackered anyhow. I noticed my fwd TC seal is leaking as well, Bonus I thought the after one was leaking. cheers simmo
