    Bolts for Jate rings

If anyone looks to fit these Jate rings I found the 130mm bolts a touch short, 140mm much better. That was with the stock steering guard in place"

Bought set of the wider LR Jate rings ....( gawdaful expensive for a few pieces of metal ) ...................want to source the bolts .....
Does the length of a bolt include its head ....or just the shaft .....if it's just the shaft then 140 mm looks like it will be good but if the 140 mm includes the head. It might be a tad short ...........I am fitting the Jate rings through the same hole holding my TJM bar and the standard original steering guard to the chassis

    Many thanks

You won't be able to torque them up fully as they wont then move.
If you leave them loose then your Bull bar won't be secured correctly.

For what you've purchased - Jate Rings are stupidly expensive, when used for recovery they tend to jam the shackle into the chassis doing damage and you put all the recovery stress into a single bolt in shear.....

A much nicer solution is a steering guard with recovery loops or a nice set of (expensive) Rud swivels.
