Thread: MAF reading zero

Hey guys just plugged in my new EVO II yesterday, I have no Air flow registering at all. I think my MAF is dead. FYI I have one of Jose's newer NNN ECU's on my 2000 defender and a new variable turbo from Jose too.. it has a boost box too so I'm wondering if that affects my readouts at all? I understand that this is what my boost box does but it should still register something right? Also Im getting almost no reading at all on the turbo pressures

So can anyone clarify how I should measure boost from the turbo?

what are normal air flow readings from a MAF? will they be different for a boost box installation?

Also what is the ratio used for road speed with 33" tyres - default is set at 1.1
Is this value adjustable at all?

Disconnect the earth wire on the boost box and then test.
