Undo the two bolts holding the lock retainer in place and move it in a bit so the rear door squishes the seal when you close it and then re-tighten with some thread locker, that will fix it. Pat
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Tombie, you are correct, again.
My Internet crashed just before lunch so i could not correct my post.
Now i have a choice, !, I think i will go BAS once I confirm it will be compatible with the Allisport radiator.
Now is this pure bling or does it have a real function:
AlliSport Alloy Header Tank for the Land Rover Defender Puma 2.2 TDCi
Direct replacement for original plastic item that is prone to split
Potential Engine bay bling out there
I/C
Radiator
Header tank
VNT Turbo
what else ?
RE EKA code, from my friendly salesman, (ex LR mechanic turned Sales)
I'd go off the one from the UK definitely first.. if you get it wrong it will time out after 3 attempts and increase the time to wait if you don't input it correctly.
I have a Discovery Sport which would be worth comparing.. just not on price, as the diesel starts at $65k. Files attached for you
A Sport is a rebadged Freelander ? (shopping trolly for Missus)

As per the title, Im installing a drivers side seat box access panel.
As Ive installed Recaro seats in the front of my Puma 110, they are bolted into place, so no easy access to the storage in the seat box.
I purchased a side entry access panel for the seat box.
Bought a nibbler and am in the process of cutting out the panel to instal the slide up access panel, but myDeWalt batteries died, so awaiting new ones so to complete the install.
Photos to follow.
I'll keep my number leads and other not often used items in there.
Best wishes all.
Ken
So I got a dog a few weeks ago...
Today I cleaned the interior, used carpet cleaner on the seats and marine carpet stuff in the back. Trying to get rid of the doggy odour.
I then screwed in a frame between the 2 front seats to prevent him getting on the seats so I don't have to do it again.
I need to come up with an easily accessible dog adventure loadout... water, dog poo bags, leads, jackets, towels...
Also I have no idea how I'm going to get him in the back off the defender when he's an adult? It's more than 1m off the ground and labradors weigh a bit I think.
Make that lab jump

What did I do to my Puma today?
Scraped lots of ice off the windscreen and drove it home from night shift for a sleep.
Boring
Spent 3 hourswashing it after a muddy affair.
