A 110 or 90 is not allowed to use parking zones in NSW.
I've been to court twice to learn this lesson.

I know it was irrelevant to the court that it was registered as my business car and I legit need to use loading zones... if that's what you mean by commercial rego.

Registered as a commercial vehicle is just that.Registered as a private vehicle, used for business use may not qualify.

In fact, here in Qld, a vehicle registered for commercial use also pays higher tolls, than an identical vehicle that is registered as a private vehicle.

And for those of you that want to sign write a vehicle for parking in loading bays, there are magnetic signs,as long as the panels or doors are steel.

Wrong state I know, but I found this about parking fines and loading zones in Queensland:

Park or stop in a loading zone unless you:
    • are a bus dropping off, or picking up, passengers'stopping no longer than 30 minutes
    • are a truck dropping off, or picking up, passengers or goods'stopping no longer than 30 minutes
    • have a commercial vehicle identification label issued by the local government for that area (stopping no longer than 30 minutes)
    • are dropping off or picking up passengers (stopping no more than 2 minutes)
    • are dropping off or picking up goods (stopping no more than 20 minutes)

The sign may show a different length of time.
