They're 23 years old, stuffed up and don't slide. The good news is they don't rattle, but I'm doing a nut and bolt resto, I need them to be like new. It definitely cheaper to buy used than to rebuild. I really like the front runner wings, but given the price I'll have to wait for now...the resto is already costing enough.

Surprised it is cheaper to buy. Drill out the rivets, remove the window and then the frame can be split into two parts. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N28VXk5JMDM

So its easy to clean up and reassemble. Maybe spend on new rubber seals as an improvement over the felt if needs be (still used in 2015 afaik).

Oh and when you put the windows back together/in make sure the drain holes in the frame are at the bottom!

Go direct to Spectrum Rubber. The p/n is 350.xxx from memory - don't recall the xxx part but know it's in a thread on here somewhere.

Thanks Steve -I found this thread http://www.aulro.com/afvb/1996080-post22.html

Part number seems to be 350.360 and 4metres needed. Incidentally looks to be that Spectrum is also no longer around, however I found that MVR Industrial has the 350.360, so will be chasing down soon.

Ok update - After speaking with MVR Industrial last week handing over credit card details and completing order. After chasing up this week it looks like they may have also gone out of business

The phone is now disconnected, website shut down and no response to e-mails.

Just spoke to MR Automotive and they don't stock the flocked bailey channel, but can get the OEM felt for $110, which I think I'll steer clear of.

    The search continues.

    That sucks

These guys might be worth a try: Contact Scott at Scott's Old Auto Rubber

I've no connection with them other than having seen their website in the past. Their flocked bailey channel listing only seems to go up to 350.359, but they may be able to supply. Even if you had to buy a whole roll - I don't think you'd have any issues flogging the rest off to other members here.
