Just a small update and question.
Took the ultrascan off the OBDII to see if the problem went away.
Better but not fixed. Have noticed that often I will lock it with the Fob, lights flash but no lock sound.
9 out of 10 times, just inserting the key will get the locks to work.
I am thinking that there is some feed back device in the end of the drivers lock barrel that's not playing the game.
Have tried spraying some lube into it, the thing works OK 80% of the time at the moment but I want to get it sorted.

Has anyone open up the door insides and had the lock apart?

So it still works but with a delay. Is it to do with how far you are from the vehicle when you press the fob?

Try holding the fob to your head while pressing the button.. (no I'm serious!)
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

Yeah, I do this all the time, my problem is that the lights flash and the car is immobilized but the locks don't go down and lock the doors.
