I actually started the 110 today to make sure it would for the trip to town tomorrow - first time for three weeks. (it started OK, and I also cleaned the dust off the windows)

I also did an engine oil flush using Cost Effective Maintenance flushing oil concentrate.
I have always been amazed by how good the Td5 oil filtation has been, so I wasn't expecting too much, however i was still surprised. It managed to flush out more than I thought it would.
Oh and I introduced the 130 to Armour All.

Parked on a slope and the rain came in.
Dried the footwell by suspending the rubber. But that's no solution so contemplating.
Went to town on Wednesday. First time in three weeks. No problems, except still shortages in the supermarkets but nothing critical. Very quiet - very few people and not much traffic.

New MD flanges on the front and a new 2.75" Beaudesert Exhaust for the 130 Td5.
The exhaust makes a huuuugggeeee difference.
New front standard coils and nice shinny red Koni Heavy Track Shocks. In the 96 130. Get rid of those 24 year old sagged original coils
With working from home and not needing the truck for the commute I decided to get a few jobs done on the 110.
I have however started to think I may not have it back together by next week when I start back in the office.
Started with fixing a gearbox leak, took out all the floor, and then thought I'll do a minor rust repair to the driver's side footwell and maybe add some sound proofing while it was all out.
Then discovered a leaking battery and rusty battery box, new battery, rewire.
Now I've found some dodgy wiring behind the dash which fell apart when removing so in goes a Raptor dash....
Wish me luck for this weekend.

Removed injector wiring harness and cleaned oil from contacts. Now back to running on 5 pots again.
Why it it always #5 injector that suffers from the oily contacts, has never affected any of the other four?
