Thread: Intermittent reversing switch

Had a major service on my defer My13 around Oct last year, no work on the gearbox/ TC or clutch, but at the same time got the under-body rust proofing re-coated.
Since I got it back the reversing light and camera don't always work.

Initial though was the rust proofing got into the plug / wiring, took me a while but checked this out a few weeks ago and all seems well.
No goo inside the switch, power on one side of the plug, lights/camera come on when I put power on the other side of the plug.

So this would put me in the switch adjustment department.
Is there an adjustment on the switch or do I have to play with the selector adjustment to fix this.

Or is there something else I might have missed.

Just had to replace the switch.
