Chrisbbarnes, I did this in NSW for a 2013 Puma 110 (actually Daniel / Mulgo did the fitting, I just brought the bench seats / lapbelts over from the UK, Exmoor Trim). Not sure if regs are same in SA or for an older 110, it changed my rego to passenger vehicle which required fitting child seat points - a 50mm bar above rear door sorted it (nicely out of the way up there). Both seats and bar required engineering. At guess it cost about 1500 to get it all done.

The answer to the OP's original question will be up to the state's registration authority, in this case NSW. As a general rule it should be possible but will need certification by an approved engineer. Any company capable of fitting the seats should know how to deal with the red tape, but check with the registration authority (RMS in NSW) to confirm that everything is covered.

I will check with the RMS as soon as I'm there.
