I'm 6'4 and 100kg - fairly broad across the shoulders. I drive a TD5 130 Dual Cab and fit fine with the Mud seat rail extensions. Was fine without, but installed 'em anyway and do enjoy the legroom. Honestly, I think it's just a different seating position to what most are used to. Because it's more upright it seems at first as though there's less legroom, but I don't notice it.
Do it!

I'm 185cm and "about 95kg sometimes...." and have had 3 Deafeners and fitted OK in the 300Tdi and Td5. But strangely didn't feel as comfortable in the Puma so bought a set of rail extenders which made it OK.
I like to sit with arms nearly straight whatever I'm driving so the extenders were essential to do that.
AlanH.
PS. The Pumas seats were not anywhere near as good as the previous vehicles anyway. Probably made cheaper under Ford downgrading of the vehicle.

Sit in it
There's no substitute for 'sitting in it' (and preferably, driving in it).
It's not just height and weight, it's proportions. I have 'long back, short legs'.
I'm 6'1 and far too many kilos, discovered that older Subaru Outbacks 'don't fit' (a Forester does)
(Wife's car is a Honda Jazz; I fit in that - with no leeway)
Ditto (no leeway) with my Freelander 2. That said, the one position where I do fit is absolutely Goldilocks just-right.
Many, many years ago, I tried an Italian car - (not specifying!) - left it in the showroom, no test drive; long back meant I touched the roof.
If you're talking 'professional/tradie', you'll be in and out like a (deleted!!), so you also need to think about how wide the doors open, whether there's any issue getting in-out on a slope, doors prop or not, door-sill slippery, that sort of thing.
And if you're talking towing; must check how the mirrors work with your trailer. I've got two trailers, one wide, one standard; the smaller trailer is an absolute (deleted) to reverse (can't see it till it's out of order) - the wider trailer I can (sometimes) reverse with precision.
Happy hunting!
