Defender shocks & bushes
The stock shock bushes on my 110 are falling apart after my last trip and I’m looking to replace them. Do people just use original bushes or are there good after market alternatives worth spending the money on? Appreciate any thoughts.
Another question I had is when to replace the original shocks? I’ve seen some mentions of the standard Def shocks happily going 4 years /150k. Any simple tests Of shocks I can get? I’m not planning anything extreme in the near future. Only tow heavy loads 4 times a year for camping.
Cheers.

Mine has done 112,000 km since 2009 and still has the original shocks.
I keep thinking I will have to replace them soon, but that time hasn't arrived yet, it seems.

Rubber bushes
Went back to rubber bushes after the yellow plastic ones fell apart on a trip Brisbane to Toowoomba and return. Just seemed to crumble. Truck usually only used around home and short trips.
