They do a 7.5R16 in the 604V duellers that would almost be the same size.
On my previous D2 I had a set of Coopers that were 215/95(90?)/R16 70% AT. (Or at least that what I remember them at), but coopers don't have anything like this now.
Pity, because on sand the D2 was just great with them.

    Regards Glen
Cheers for that... I thought Dunlop still make the Road Gripper in that size but I haven't confirmed it

    other suppliers

Other suppliers for 225/95r16 include dunlop with qualifiers and road grippers. If you want to try them get a set of takeoffs from an imported tojo. Seems to be standard fit for troopies etc that are imported. \\

Something must have happened as the BJ website has come down about $70 per tyre for the bridgets.

    heaps on gumtree

Robmacca have set on my Defa near samford if you want a look. It is off the road with an electrical fault and Im too busy at work.

They were AT’s Rob. The standard ones that come on the Toyota 79 series. Bridgestone Duelers maybe??

Just replaced my totally worn out 235/85R16 tyres with 225/95R16.

Speedo has gone from 9% out to 3% out.

Did some wet driving but wasn't pushing it as I had passengers. Still, can't imagine they'd be worse than the horrid cheapos I had before
    Cheers

Are they brand new or 2nd hand? What brand are they? Be interested to hear your long term thoughts of them....

Second hand but less than 1000kms, Bridgestone D697, Gumtree find, listed for $150 per tyre and rim, paid $120 for each tyre and rim. Could probably have pushed even cheaper as when I picked them up he mentioned there was no market for them but I needed one in a hurry to replace my spare. Then had to add $40 per tyre for fitting.

Going over landing in winter, will update after that.
    Cheers

Just replaced the 235/85 r16 Continentals on the 110
    $100 each + $30 fitting
3 x duellers and 3 x road grippers (duellers on the front and grippers on the back until rotation, spare for each)
    Fitted to original 110 wheels
    2020 manufactured
Saving for some 255/85 muddies so a bargain to keep the old girl on the road for trips to the farm

45 psi for a start, Steering feels lighter, no real noticeable ride harshness, speedo almost on the dot (255/85 put in on the mark)

Maybe taking it down south with the camper this weekend so will keep posted on fuel economy (what’s economic about the v8) and hopefully hit some soft sand (and hopefully not get bogged)

225/95/R16 Anyone tried them?225/95/R16 Anyone tried them?225/95/R16 Anyone tried them?
