What's a take-off? I'm keen to try pick up a set for cheap if possible but Toyota dealerships wouldn't normally just have these lying around would they?
Also, I'm in Sydney and looking on gumtree it appears these are all concentrated in QLD & WA.
    Cheers

You can talk to the local tojo dealers and watch gumtree and the facebook marketplace. Prices vary from $50 to $170 per tyre. haggle if you don't need the rim.

A take off is an essentially new tyre (in this case) taken off a new rim on a new car because the new owner wanted something different fitted. Basically new, but used = cheaper but like new (delivery kms).

    dia 805 vs 833 mm

I think the comment you saw was do not fit to 16.5 inch rims which is correct.
So it does! Duh! Sorry, mixing myself up re rim size. Have you had any lift or do the 225s fit nicely with standard height? Or is this a dumb question? Any rubbing at full lock, etc.?

No lift standard height . No indication of rubbing whilst doing stuff on 5 acres.

For those that were looking there is a lot for sale in Canberra. Search in facebook marketplace for the tyre size.

I just went to a local toyota dealer on Monday. They have heaps of 225 95 16 tyres on rims. They want $800+ for a set of 5 only. They would have 10 plus sets of 5 there. I seen 3 only 750 16 road grippers. The manager said he'd call me about them on Tuesday. I didn't hear from him, and going by his attitude, i didn't think i would.

Anyone got pictures of this size fitted to a stock 110? Looking at picking up some take offs from a Tojo 76. Do they fit without any issues?
