    Td5 Front Prop Shaft

Hi all. I'm just about to remove the front prop shaft on my 110 and would appreciate some advice.
After undoing one of the bolts I found that I can't remove it as the head of the bolt hits the transfer case.
My question is, will there be enough wiggle room to get the bolts out once they are all undone and the prop shaft moved forward ?

Roll the vehicle forward and that will reposition the shaft so you can remove the said bolt

Thanks. I'll give that a go. It's just that looking at I didn't see where it could clear the transfer case.

The bolts at the TF case stay in the yoke. You can slide the shaft forward alongs its splines to remove.

Thanks timax, it appears they do.
I was hoping to drive to work tomorrow with the shaft removed to see if that got rid of the high frequency vibrations it has. So what do others normally do in this situation ? Remove the flange/ yoke off the transfer case do they ?

    Td5 Front Prop Shaft

Giving you want to test it slide some lager nuts or a bunch of washers over the bolt than put the nuts back on, this will stop the head of the bolt hitting the t-case
