Brown Davis auxiliary tank for MY15 90 , advice please.

Hi, I did do a search, but didn't find what i was looking for.
I have a 2015 90 series and am looking at the Brown Davis 55 litre sill (drivers side) auxiliary tank. Does anyone have one on their 90, how low does it hang, do you have have a photo of what it looks like (concerned about potentially hanging it up on a rock or something), any issues or problems, if you had your time again, would you purchase same ?

There are a couple of other brands available, but this one is 55 litres, and they have a good reputation.

I am in Brisbane, does anyone have a suggestion for a supplier and installer ?

    Thanks for the advise.
    cheers
    Simon

I put one on my 2013 90 about 6 months or so ago and would absolutely get it again. I put it on for a simpson trip, myself and two kids in a 90 doesn't leave much room for jerrys!
For me it takes a lot of stress out of my trips. The standard tank you fill up and start wondering where you're getting fuel next, now I don't have to think about it.
I don't have a decent photo of it here at work, but can get you one. I have the factory side steps, and it hangs about level with those.

Thanks Cavalier90, a photo or two would be great if not a hassle. I have factory side steps also.
Great to hear you are enjoying the extra range the auxiliary tank provides, I am in the same boat, the 60 litres doesn't seem to last that long.
Can I ask what you paid for supply and install ? I see you are in Sydney, so I won't ask for a recommendation on an installer

Apologies for the delay mate, been travelling for work and not able to get a pic!
I think it was a bit over 2k for it fitted, but I had some other work done at the same time so it's a bit of a guess...and I can't find the invoice!
