Instructions are included in the box.
supplied with vacuum hose as well.
Just 3 wires. Positive and negative, positive connected to the starter motor battery terminal, negative to an earth stud on the firewall.
One smaller wire, ignition on, to active the unit, which I connected to the injector pump stop solenoid.
I mounted the unit to the firewall beside the brake booster towards the outer wing.
It runs for about 1.5 sec to replenish vacuum upon pedal application.
basically it maintains a constant vacuum in the booster.
This is a vane pump, so it makes a buzz/hum while operating.
The cheaper units use a piston similar to an air compressor, so would be rather noisey.
