Discovery 1 steel wheels on Tdi Defender 130

Got an opportunity to pick up, some Discovery 1 steel wheels, cheap.
I read somewhere that this isn't legal on a 130, due to the weight.
    Is that true?
Better pay some more for Wolfe wheels?
    Cheers

Not to mention that they look hideous as well.

Wolf rims are the way to go.

    IMHO illegal...

*Just as putting a 2" lift and bigger tyres, just as tuning, just as so many other mods.
    *What a load of ****.
*I've fitted D1 steel wheels to many a Defender, 110/130, Perentie, never had issues.
*My Pa's Defender 130 has D1 steel wheels with a hydraulic crane, winch, long range tank, and so many other essential items a Defender needs. Also used to tow a bobcat/excavator on a regular basis, never with any issue.
