Our Springer Spaniel squeezed onto the under tray of the vehicle and squeezed her way nearly up to the battery,which is at the top of the engine bay,passenger side.
I lifted the front seats to get to the engine and i could see her head looking at me,but she couldnt move.
I had to unbolt half of the under tray so she could get out.
Your JRT,being smaller and probably more driven,would have no doubt got right up to the nest.
The neighbours have one,and it sorts the rats out that get to their chooks.. Dogs are great. Yeah he is a short legged Russell. Hilarious little bloke. Cheers
I've wondered about keeping a Python under the bonnet to keep away mice, but doubt if the co-pilot would be impressed.
I may have to just sneak a Python into the rafters of the garage instead.
Worst thing is when a hive of bees decide to move into the rafters of your house, which happened to us last year. It took three visits by the local bee keeper to persuade them to relocate.

A couple of people I know have sold their Puma Defender for two reasons:
1. The value increase seems to have plateaued somewhat and hanging on for longer won't necessarily yield more $$
2. The shortcomings of the vehicle for them are outweighed by the features of a new vehicle they can now afford; in their case they need a ute and want a more luxurious vehicle that warms their arses while they go and get their cappuccinos and doesn't make them deaf when they're getting there.
I think it's getting to the point now where the people buying Puma Defenders are doing so for the emotional connection rather than the practical. Tell a kid they can't have something and they want it even more.
Why more Pumas for sale rather than vs TD5s, Series etc? A good question...younger cars' value increase has been higher, perhaps? Owners of older cars less interested in parting with their beloved, maybe?

There are news articles about these vehicles dated Feb 2021 so not sure why these 2 have taken so long to get to this side of the world.
The 110 had a speedo in miles / hour. I didn't get a close look at the 90. Perhaps they couldn't sell them in the UK. At this price - I am not sure if they will be able to sell them here either.

ps. $NZ 602,000 for the 110 and $NZ 582,000 for the 90. (if you have to ask how much they are then you can't afford them)
