Awesome Muzzy! Looks great. Is that the T13?

Yes, pretty sure it's the T13. So far the only mods are the two bar on the back and the bull bar on the front. Next on the shopping list is a roof rack, sump guard thingy for the front and a snorkel. Will post pictures as I go - and wash it eventually!

They have not changed much in 3 years, I am still trying to source a replacement for the orange lenses on mine, you would think for the money TJM charge for them they could upgrade the lights.

Regarding the steering guard/sump guard thingy on the front, I purchased one off APT fabrications, site sponsor I believe, fits perfectly with the TJM bar and looks good, very solid, also has front recovery hoops which are nice to have, and at $250 found it reasonable also.

However I seem to recall the South Africans got BMW engines at one stage - may have been before the TD5.

They did, SA was lucky but IIRC they were petrol straight sixes, no diesels.

Well lets hope this works (first time trying post pics from my iPad)... I havent updated any pics of my car since its had a cople of goodies added to it.. Our campsite for this Easter... My defender and hubbies disco..
