A possibility, perhaps related to the service, is that this sort of thing can be caused by the handbrake dragging slightly, so that as soon as you declutch, the slack in the transmission is reversed, and then reversed again when you take up the drive. Check (carefully) the temperature of the hand brake drum after a run.
