    RR Ninety - possible?

hi all, how possible is it to build a LR 90 swb from a donor RR - thinking they are more readily available (RR) and cheap then swap a LR series body onto it. 90 inch is slightly bigger I hear at 92inch wheelbase and is the RR 100 inch wheel base? Tried obtaining a defender ute cheaply and shortening the chassis to make a 90 but unable to obtain a cheap defender ute or wagon for the job hence the RR idea. What do people think? How hard would it be to place a LR body onto the chassis of a RR - im guessing would need to cut the chassis back to 92 inch wheel base for starters. Thanks for your advice.

It has been done, but it would be a lot of work. Might be easier to retain the 100" wheelbase and shorten a a 109 rear body rather than lengthen an 88 to 92".
