You mention 200Tdi, defender and county in one sentence like they are 3 vehicles, and made it hard to tell what you are asking about.

AEU2522's can be fitted to most coil sprung rovers if you have the right parts e.g bushes and drive flanges. Just what is needed depends what the are going in.

So long as they're 23 spline on the CV end, they'll fit, thought 200tdi defender was 32 spline, but never stripped a fender front

So you are fitting a 24 spl fender diff and 24/23 shafts to a county with aeu2522 cvs . The aeu2522 are 23 spline.

If you have trouble finding the 23X24 spline Axles for your County I make them. $400 plus shipping.. I know the exchange rate isn't so good at the moment but thought I'd toss it out for you..

I have a 24 spline true track in the front of my county with Hi Tough 24 spline axle and drive flanges. I have been told you can put the Defender axles in the county and I will try that shortly but cannot say for cirtain.

    Hi Defmec,

you should be fine with this set up,

the 200 tdi CV's are long like the 2522's but they take the smaller 32 spline shaft so you can just fit the 2522's straight in with the 23/24 spline shafts no problem,
