Yeah - got my invite for Riverside Oaks in about a weeks time (in North Western Sydney) today.
I'd go, but my 6 week old Puma still has technicians scratching their heads over whats wrong, and it probably won't be back on the road by then (parts are out of stock in England for one problem, but they don't know what the other error code from the computer means !!!...)
Maybe I should go, and take the ****ty hire car I have begged out of them with me...
(Sorry, I am a bit upset with LR Aust..)
I've decided to go to this, it seems like a good afternoon out. I'll book tomorrow.
I understand that the Puma has definitely had its share of issues and I'll see if I can get some honest response from LR regarding what owners are experiencing.
Its only 5034 Km from here almost as far away as the closest useful dealer.
Must admit I just drove 2500 Km to the closest competent Land Rover Specialist this week. ( thanks to Whyatts in Geraldton well worth the trip)
Were Back is a stupid statement there was better dealer coverage in the 1960s.
A sad state of affairs for one of the best products made
I received one as well, but will be driving back from Grafton on Tuesday(Groan)I would have driven down from Mudgee to go as there are so many questions to ask and I want to crawl over a 130 crew cab. Any info placed here from anyone who does go will be most welcome. I like the 110 ute back also, but wonder just how much room is in the tub (with mudguards and spare?).
