Sorry ive not being on for a while, as you can see ive been a buizy boy

Ill try and answer all the questions here that have been asked.

andrew e Yes the ECU and all the relevent components was a nightmare to sort out, im still finalising some of it ready for when i will retail the electrical soloution.
I hope not to have to weld it between events, but the galv will grind off if needed.

flagg It actualy wasnt bad after galv, i pre rilled all the holes 1mm bigger before i took it so i would not have to redrill after and remove the galv.
All was straight after the process, only very minor warping on the bulkhead which was expected.

Lightweight Its taken from the galv tankto now about 5 weeks, ive probabaly had about 12 weeks in total as the car was near built before i stripped it again for galv an paint.
The front bumper is Devon 4x4 one.

rangeman i have a pair of turbos from the jag BUT space is of essence for the build because i want to offer the conversion to the customer who wants as little modification to the original car as possibile.
If i did use the twin turbo setup it would mean the bulkhead will needmodding at both sides instead of just one.

The axle cases were very easy to clean up, the mating faces were a quick sand with some 180grit and retap the holes, about 30 mins per axle.
They were both sand blasted first so were clean in the galv tank.

Ill also post a propper driving video soon but here a few snipets.

The tdv8 just seems to sound like that with no exhausts. It sounds great when it's reved up

Regarding the conversion I will eventualy be selling the electrical soloution and the adapterplate that converts the D3 manual to fit the LT230 on the back just as I've used on the v6 and v I've done
