Is that mod legal over there.

You wouldn't want to be sitting at the lights in a sedan next to that.

no it improves the efficiency of the escape of the exhaust gases and is supposed to give you better economy ...and you wouldn't be a speed demon in a 130 whatever the lump

    Interesting having the side exit?

I spoke to the bloke who did my centre pipe ($180 fitted) and he said in NSW its legal provided its 18" back from the side sliding window.

I'll have to have a listen to a 110 with no mufflers/cat to hear how lowed it gets.

afaik it's o.k. the exhaust mob also said it's fine.
the original exhaust came out the same place just under the bodywork so it's only been moved up.

How does the A Arm go at full droop? Looks like the exhaust pipe would hinder the suspension flex.

I had this on my 130. The left hand side could extend fully due to the exhaust pipe running under the A Arm. The exhaust has now been corrected and runs above the A Arm.

    Cheers

this was also part of reason for moving it. i have dislocation cones fitted and at full drop the A-frame was catching the exhaust, all been tested and even though it looks close in the pic theres now acres of space.
