    Front Springs

I've been thinking of replacing my 110 front springs with a pair of 130 standard springs to rectify nose down attitude. I have been told that they are the same as both vehicles have the same front weight but I seem to remember someone on this forum did this to fix the same problem. If my memory is correct the 130 fronts are not veriable rate. Any imfomation please would be great.

110 HD front springs are NRC9448 and NRC9449 and yes they are the 130 front springs.

More info on this site: land rover spring specifications

If you have a bullbar and winch they are a must.

I have them in the Puma.

    Hey Guys,

Interesting info on the front springs.

I am waiting on a ARB bar to be delivered and winch is to be fitted at the same time.

I have serious clearance issues with my garage, in fact I can only drive into it, I cannot reverse due to the steepness of the driveway.

Question : How much taller is the front with the 130 springs fitted, allowing for the additional weight of the bar and winch.

Any ideas of mesurements would be appreciated.

    Vehicle is a Puma 110.

    Cheers

I also would be interested with these measurements although I don't think it will change the rear measurement much. It may act as a pendulum and lower the rear slightly. What do you think?
