The tub isn't all that different in size to an 80, 86 or 88" series tub, and they have been the farmer's friend for decades, so i'd guess there are plenty of things that could possibly be carried in one

    your definition of normal is??

OT - 'normal' for adult blokes according to the Australian bureau of stats is about 178cm or 5' 10" - I thought I was "normal-ish" myself (176cm) until I saw that me being a mere 72kg, I'm well under average weight because over 60% of blokes are overweight or obese!

back on topic - I would love one - 48k? seems a little cheaper than in many other locations around oz?

As I wrote, my definition of normal is me .
    I am possibly biased though....

I know that at 6'4" (193-4 cm) I am taller than average and at about 125 kg I am heavier than average.
Having said that I find my RRC very comfortable and roomy, whereas a Defender is so tight for space I can barely get my foot on the brake pedal.

mate you are a big unit by 95% of the population's definition! but yep I can understand why you wouldn't fit!!

got stupid memories of my 205cm friend from uni sitting in my charade's back seat (no drivers seat installed) and him being able to drive it!

I'll tell you a little bit more. The 130 springs were fitted when the TJM bullbar was set up. They are not normally fitted to these 110s. The snorkel is genuine L/R, but the side steps were done locally. It is being driven by a salesman there and was originall on the market at $51,990.
Might be cheaper as the new year comes around and it will be last years model. I don't know if the 130 springs actually lift the car or just carry it better?

You're talking about the HD springs in the front then and yes they don't lift the car unless you remove the extra weight from the front, then it might give a slight lift. I have them in my Puma as well. The rear will be 130 setup though. As I mentioned the snorkle is the revised LR model that we haven't had up until the 2010 model.

It isn't as shiny as the Aussie one, but here are a couple of pics of the Pommie one from about 14 months ago. I spotted it in Carlisle in Northern England last year.
I suspect it was owned by a tradesman, possible a builder.
