but only the 2nd turbo is powering the 5 cylinders, the 1st turbo one only powers the turbine on the 2nd turbo.

you still asked "I would still like to know how two turbos can power 5 cylinders" I have still supplied you with a means of how this is so even if they dont truly both supply...

it is just me,, or do most of my threads tern like this

    eny way,

as some have sead yes i am a apprentice tec, and when it comes to working on my own car i treat it as a customer car, and make shour it is perfict and then some cos it is my car, and if i come to soming im not 100% on i will get help from my master tec, and i would buy both of his cars if i could,, and i can bet most of the other tecs on this site are like that, so saying that yes i would buy a car off a tec,

and when i do get probs with my car i put them on this site not to say my car is a lemion, but to help others if they get the same problem

Personally I believe that your going to be down-grading - but I am a Defender driver!

However what do you personally prefer - a Disco or Defender? Because that's what matters at the end of the day.

As for the spelling etc that's been bantered here - type your post in Microsoft Word and spell check it before you copy it onto here - it may keep people off of your back! Silly as it is........

And for everyone that side-tracked the thread - I come over here to AULRO as it has brilliant information and is generally a very pleasant place to visit. I have met and now have some bloody great mates from this place. Threads like this belong at Overlander, not here......

Stig, if you use Internet Exlporer, download and install ieSpell. If using Firefox, it has a spell check in-built.

I'll put my head on the chopping block - I am sort of with Dobbo. I take the time, as I am sure many others do, to use a spell check, read and edit posts before posting but mistakes do occur - no one is perfect - I think we all accept that.

There are some posts where the author has not taken the time to ensure that they are readable - the end result is the point the author is trying to make is lost because of side issues.

A little care in putting up posts does not take all that much longer. I do not it is an education or spelling issue - it is a care issue.

ah Stig me ol mucker, it isn't a drama really the only benefit really from spell checker is that you will get to recognise words as they become more familiar, but i like your input on here so don't sweat it, i'll always read what anyone puts up on the forum.
You are not alone when it comes to gramatical errrors so just take it in your stride we all have things that we are not perfect at (apart from me i am perfect of course) regards Andy

Yes, as Ron has said, we should celebrate the diversity this site brings. Not everyone is a spelling master but this is a wonderful site full of knowledgeable people. Sometimes you have to work a little to get the message but there are gems in there!

Oh... Safari on the mac has built in spell checking too, and this has saved me many times (with the notable exception being the chimonks post).
