I would love to see some pictures of some of these set-ups.
I have all sorts of ideas and plans for later in the year when I hope to be able to get a 130 cab chassis.
Has anybody tried heating water in a tank while driving, either with a Glind or similar heat exchanger or collecting heat from the exhaust?

hi just wanting to keep this thread alive, would like to see a few pics too of different water tank setups, help us others avoid any pitfalls.
got a chance to take a few piccies.
'95 300tdi fender.
1.8 x 1.8m aluminium tray.
Drivers side sill space - 20L compressed air tank with Al bash plate / slider
Passenger side sill space - 45L Al water tank. Water pumped out with compressed air.
Tap and air fittings at space between cab and tray.
Beneath tray supported in steel frame work a 75L Al dieso tank, gravity feed through 2nd LR sedimenter to fuel solenoid to switch feed/ return between factory tank and 2nd tank. Tank fills via disco filler neck between cab and tray.

cool thanks, not much room under your tray now.
The last of the space underneath is filled with a stormwater rod tube for the barra sticks!
