recreational vehicle conversions - exploz pty.ltd. - australia have a kit to allow acccess to the fuel pump in 110 Td5 models, they have it listed on their webpage, and they advertise here on AULRO. It consists of a plate and stiffeners and has instalation instructions. Oh, and yes it is most likely a fuel pump problem, if your vehicle has travelled over 60,000miles (100,000km) then isn't unexpected.
