Thanks for that SBD4, It looks good and if those figures come true, especially charge times, it'll be a world beater

Nice looking vehicle and practical with the front cargo area and front gate, big claims with the range and charging times but i would like to see them match the claims.

Looks good sounds good on paper
Maybe a wagon as well not everyone wants a ute
Impressive if it works out.
I love the "skateboard" style platform. It just screams FC camper body to me!
A lot of those figures sound very suspect to me. Charge time of 15 minutes maybe possible if you're hardwired to a large genset, but not any other way. For a 500 mile range it would need at least 220KWH of batteries or so - that would require HUGE current supply to manage - 100's of amps. Theoretically possible yes because the battery tech would allow this, but managing to find a charger with suitable capacity - different story.
Towing capacity up to 9,000Kg, Gooseneck up to 16,000Kg and payload up to 2200Kg.
All seems a bit pie in the sky to me. I have no problems with the concept but how are the buyers going to react to a production vehicle that doesn't perform anywhere near what the original dataa said it would.
And a range of 500 miles - what will it be with 2 tonne in the back towing a 15 tonne gooseneck about?
