Samantha Fish has a new single, a fair bit more commercial than her previous stuff but I like it.
Some Chickenfoot influences in there as well, some of the guitar work reminds me of Satriani

Until Michael Schumacher won the World Championship in 1994, von Trips was Germany's most successful grand prix driver. Always quick, he shrugged off the reputation as a crasher he had garnered in his early career when he rejoined Ferrari in 1960. A number of top-six placings that year were followed by a determined assault on the World Championship in 1961.
The 1961 Italian Grand Prix on 10 September could have been the culmination of von Trips' career, as a third place would have been sufficient to secure the Formula One World Drivers Championship that year.
At the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, his Ferrari collided with Jim Clark's Lotus. His car became airborne and crashed into the crowd, killing 14 spectators. Von Trips also died, leaving team-mate Phil Hill to clinch a bitter world title.

John Simpson Kirkpatrick, perhaps the best-known and most famous Anzac of all, was 5'8" (173 cm) tall, stockily built and weighed 12 stone (76 kg); his complexion was fair with blue eyes and brown hair. He was a typical digger: independent, witty and warm-hearted, happy to be indolent at times and careless of dress. He loved all kinds of animals. Though others after him also used donkeys to bring in the wounded, Simpson and his donkey became a legend — the symbol of all that was pure, selfless and heroic on Gallipoli. His inspirational work and good fortune, however, were to be short lived. On 19 May he was shot through the heart in Monash valley and buried on the beach at Hell Spit. He was mentioned in orders of the day and in dispatches and though recommended he received no bravery award......

Filmed, directed and edited by Gabe Coggan, 13 years old, year 8 student at Engadine High School for the No Cookies | Daily Telegraph (http://www.greatwarandme.com.au) competition.
The last Australian, William Evan Allan, died October 17, 2005 aged 106. William was born in Bega in nsw on July 24,1899 and enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy at the outbreak of war aged just 14. He served in the RAN for 34 years seeing action in the Pacific and Indian Oceans. He took part in the hunt for the German raider Wolf, was once washed overboard in rough and icy seas and was there when the German fleet surrendered. William retired from the Navy in 1947 as a lieutenant and went back to live on the land, setting up his own farm near Frankston in Victoria. 🙂

The bottom line of the tune is that when you get to the last day of your life and you look back, and you see how many hours you've spent in traffic-jams, pushing and shoving, how many hours you've spent elbowing people out of the way and being elbowed out of the way; You just think to yourself I wish I had all them hours back, cos I may as well have gone fishing...
