Nothing to do with Sandra floating about in her singlet and underwear then?

Without being too much of a plot spoiler, the "cliff hanger" scene completely ruined it for me. The whole movie hung on that and it simply doesn't work like that in zero-gravity.
Have to agree, that's part of the reason why I said the plot was a bit weak. My wife and I both watched it and when that scene came on we looked at each other quite puzzled. There is supposed to be no gravity in space.

Still...........................I enjoyed it, being a SciFi fan!!! Now, don't some body come on here and say "Yes there is gravity in space if you are in orbit then you are actually falling around the Earth blah, blah"......I know all that!!!

She's not on my list either.

I think the biggest problem with the movie is the target audience are the type most likely to spot the mistakes.

I thought the movie lacked atmosphere...... One wag remarked that George Clooney would rather drift off and die in space than hang out with a woman his own age.

    Scenery and effects were good.

But Sandra and her sooky fumbling around, just making it through every 'challenge', really ruined it for me. The wife agreed, her character did nothing to credit the achievements and capability of highly intelligent women astronauts......or women in general.

    3/10
