There's plenty of the ute crowd here, as you well know. Possum hole exhaust, aerials from 5-post up the wahzoo... bundy stickers as far as the eye can see. Not my scene, butI do like to razz them up on occasion with the zed.

What draws you to the 34 gt-t? Is there anything in particular you need in the potential new vehicle?
Before I committed on buying the landy, I was looking at a bmw m3. The e36's are selling for similar coin to the gtt, and would be a comfortable ride, relatively quick (yet refined), with a heap of tuner parts available if that's your thing. Plus if your town is anything like mine, the showy cars get a little too much attention, while a m3 would fly a little more below the radar.

    I've wanted a 34 for over 10 years. As I said, can't afford a GT-R, so GT-T is close enough
Did consider things like beamers and taking the 3L liberty off mums hands but it comes down to what I want really I want an R34, therefore I'm going to get one. Simple as that really
Lol. Yes, there are some exceptionally bad yootz here.
As for the cops well.... I'll be one shortly that and I won't be going too wild, and whatever I do will be done with stealth in mind so I'll take my chances

Years ago we had a 78 Skyline, 2.4 litre six, 5 speed.
Beautiful car, very well appointed and way ahead of it's time in a lot of ways.
The only mod I did was to fit a Weber carby and it run like a dream, excellent fuel economy and great performance.

    Cheers, Mick.

    My 1989 R31 Wagon with an RB20DET.

Currently off the road having a bit of a belated 500k birthday! Replacing all bushings, overhauling the brakes, new suspension with s13 front end and coilovers. Also going to rebuild the steering rack and fix a few minor issues in the engine bay.

Also planning on fixing dented panels, removing rust spots and quite possibly a whole new interior. Luckily there's enough second hand parts kicking around for these that it's not all that expensive, i.e I got quoted by a wreckers $250 for all the interior trim in mint condition, I could probably get it cheaper privately.

That blue theme to the engine bay is definitely going, yuk.

Depending on how money is going at the end I wouldn't mind giving her a respray, I might even have a shot at doing it myself, although I'd quite possibly make a mess of it.

Was half considering going for a colour theme like the dr30, pretty into it but not sure how it would look on a wagon.
