The pose of the birds is very nice, it is descriptive of their behavior and show some action.
I would suggest to use the in built flash in avian photography so the eyes of the birds have an spark on it. Without it the sockets are empty.
It will be possible to ad the spark in PP but it is not the same.

Love the first one - Its head's on backwards :)
There was no way I was getting that close to the Darter I photographed. Had way to much open beach and he obviously wasn't used to people.
The only way to get closer to these birds is by dragging yourself in the ground for 20 meters or so.Quote:
