    Pics of black shouldered kites usually have a red eye,sometimes they don't.Depends on the light.

    A pair of Condors in Peru

    The Condors were in the Colca Canyon in Peru.
    The Flamingo was in the Atacama Desert in Chile.

    Can anyone tell me what type of bird this is?

    Is it some kind of Honey eater? i have looked on a couple of bird websites and the closest looking bird I can find is a Yellow plumed honey eater.

    This was taken just outside of Bourke

    Here is another shot of it
