    i really miss my silky oak tree and all the birdlife that flocked to it

    sadly when i point my camera in that direction now, all i get is a whirlybird

    they have been around for a few weeks now.

    my wife often hears them around the place but they can be hard to spot.

    hopefully they will keep on keeping on...

    i will plant a couple of honey gem grevilleas to replace the silky oak, they grow much quicker...

    Some great photos here.
    I only use the point and shoot now. My Pentax SLR with Tele lense is up in the attic somewhere. Dont even know if one can get slide film any more.
    Anyway we provide a home for geriatric feathered friends.
    Some have feathers and cant fly others have hardly any feathers at all.
