Only iPhone quality as usual from me but in the daylight this time so better than usual. Went to the Territory Wildlife Park in Berry Springs on Monday - and I highly recommend a visit if you're up in Darwin.
Anyway, the 'Flight Deck' was a great experience and they had on show all of the best local birds strutting their stuff and flying around - very good presentation and well trained birds. The best was the Jabiru - a marvellous creature.

Good job of keeping his head nice and sharp despite his efforts to make it bloody difficult! [biggrin]
Been a cold night for these two.
i bet, poor buggers...
Lovely shot Lou! I'd be very happy with that [smilebigeye]
First time using that 200- 500 both of those shots were shot through wire (obviously) the tawny has been cropped but that is it pretty happy with the feather detail that came out on birds
The heron was cropped with a slight vignette put on but again thats it.
I dont think you can blow the links up i sent to well to see the detail but the original is very detailed and sharp [emoji4]
Here's our Bush turkey raking up the leaves in the back yard, beautiful bird black as spades with a brilliant yellow giblet,
There are 8 other turkeys interested in his company. Looks like it maybe a great spring.
Photo was taken about a metre away from him, he just carries on about his business. Cheers.
