    Brahminy Kites are one of my fav raptors, we have a pair here but out of range of the 300mm lens.
    That was taken before I had the SB800's but even so I would have needed a Better Beamer or similar.

    Brahminy Kites are very common up here, I see at least one or two every day either driving to or from work. Osprey's and Sea Eagles are also common, but I usually don't have the camera handy.

    Here's one of the less common BOP's a Pacific Baza.

    You have to take the D200 with you so you can capture a Sea Eagle
