Thread: AULRO Photography workshop outback NSW 11th to 14th April 2014

I enquired about these workshops a while ago and Micheal directed me to his facebook page as a good way of keeping in contact with him. Are you going through that?

However I just noticed on this page he is on his way to a workshop now so maybe out of contact for a few days.

Yeah I got a text off him this morning advising he will be in and out of rannge for the next couple of weeks advised he would get my emails where he can and I'm to send through which dates

So just a bit of an update on this

I spoke to Michael last night on Facebook....he is going to get back to me with a list of prices for the partners coming that wont be in the workshop that is for camping/catering and Accommodation/catering depending on which one you might do...

Partners will have to come in on the catering rather than fending for themselves because ultimately Michael would prefer if we could all eat together because there is so much information to get through eating as a group is one way of doing it.

We are also looking at Easter 2014.....likely just before or just after his Easter workshop that he does....

Deposits will need to be paid before that time so we can be sure we have the numbers for an exclusive group.

He is quite excited about having an Land Rover exclusive group as am I....

he also wants to have someone drive him around in a Land Rover

Any idea on actual dates Lou.. it'll be a hanger-on and a photo course person for us..cheers

He is doing his easter workshop 14 to the 17th April

So I'm guessing its likely to be the weekend before or after but I will have to see what he comes back with

So guys thank you all for being so patient....

the dates are now arranged for the 11th to the 14th April 2014.....

the pricing is as follows:

Participating in Workshop fully catered

Single powered camping - $863.00
Twin powered camping - $809.00 per person
Single accommodation room - POA
Twin accommodation room - $995.00 per person

Extra Non-Participants fully catered

Single powered camping - $350.00
Twin powered camping - $300.00 per person
Extra child powered camping - $260.00 per child
Twin accommodated room - $480.00 each
Extra child accommodated room - $320.00 each

Have been asked to mention also that there is only 3 twin room with 2 queen beds in each. So that's only 3 rooms.

As discussed we have only done pricings for fully catered for all as it was decided it would be best to have everyone eat together as its an opportunity for him to do more workshop stuff...it also means that people don't wander off to their tents for a roast dinner and come back 3hrs later

just keeps things nice and simple, besides it will be a fantastic opportunity for all us Aulro people to get to know one another and our partners if we bring them along......which I will be bringing mine

Now the next important bit a 50% deposit is required by the 28th February 2014 to secure a spot and all remaining monies must be paid BEFORE the course starts on the 11th April 2014.
This is so we can make sure we have enough people to run our own exclusive AULRO Group....
I would also say if we can get the numbers up in advance of that date we could even do a small T-shirt run like the cape guys did. just a thought, don't want to get ahead of myself.

So hopefully you guys that expressed interest are still interested as I really would like to make this happen...I don't think its a trip we are going to forget in a hurry because it will be a trip with a difference

Remember maximum of 12 people, so first come first serve with the spaces if we get more than 12 and your space will only be saved with the deposit (I think your deposit can only be returned on pulling out if someone takes up your space)..and he will and does prefer to run the group at 8.

details for paying deposits will be posted as soon as I have them in my grubby little hands for now I will take great pleasure in booking a holiday at work on Monday morning!!!!
